The function of nursing professional culture in improving the quality of nurse

Objective To improve the basic professional qualities of nurses through the process of nursing professional culture. Methods The nursing professional culture was applied to nursing managemenl to evaluate the quality of nursing profession. Results The professional recognition and the concept of service changed. The quality of nurses improved. The pass rate of three basic test and patient satisfaction increased. Conclusion Nursing culture construction was effective to improve the quality of nurses. The promotion of nursing professional competence on the basis of quality was an evolution which was combined through education, training, development and improvement of clinical practice together. Improving the quality of nurses was the basic guarantee of improving quality of care.
