不典型肝转移癌MSCT征象分析

目的探讨不典型肝转移癌的CT表现,提高对不典型肝转移癌的认识,减少误诊。方法回顾性分析近年来收集到的15例不典型肝转移癌患者的MSCT表现,全部患者均行常规平扫及增强扫描。所有患者经临床手术或活检证实。结果不典型肝转移癌的CT表现多样,应结合多种征象认真分析。结论MSCT对不典型肝转移癌的诊断与鉴别诊断有较大意义。

Atypical Liver metastatic carcinoma MSCT Signs analysis

Objective To study atypical CT manifestations of metastatic liver cancer,to raise awareness of atypical, reduce misdiagnosis. Methods GE PROSPEED F II Double - row CT,retrospective analysis of 15 cases collected in recent years, not the typical performance of MSCT in patients with liver metastases, all patients received conventional plain and en- hanced CT scans. All patients confirmed by clinical operation or biopsy. Results The CT manifestations of typical multiple metastatic liver cancer,a careful analysis should be combined with a variety of signs. Conclusion MSCT was not typical of metastatic liver cancer on diagnosis and differential diagnosis of greater significance.
