摘    要:目的:探讨低场磁共振对外伤性膝关节骨挫伤的临床诊断价值。方法:对53例骨挫伤病例作回顾性分析,重点观察其T1WI、T2WI及STIR上信号改变。结果:本组53例当中X线及CT均未见骨折征象。MRI检查发现骨挫伤53例,交叉韧带损伤4例,侧副韧带损伤1例。半月板损伤6例,合并有膝关节积液26例。T1WI检出骨挫伤49例,T2WI检出47例,STIR检出53例,骨挫伤表现为斑片状、地图状、T1WI低信号、T2WI、STIR高信号。结论:磁共振是目前膝关节骨挫伤的最佳有较检查方法,其中STIR序列能准确显示病变的范围与严重程度,是检查的最佳序列。
