生长因子与腹膜纤维化

摘    要:腹膜透析是治疗终末期肾脏病的有效措施之一。传统非生理性透析液常损伤腹膜的结构和功能,导致腹膜纤维化。多种生长因子相互作用,参与了腹膜纤维化发生、发展和维持,而转化生长因子β1是腹膜纤维化的中心介质,在其下游介质结缔组织生长因子的协同下,通过诱导上皮细胞向间充质细胞转化,促进细胞外基质生成及抑制细胞外基质的降解而导致腹膜纤维化。

Abstract:Peritoneal dialysis (PD)is a viable treatment option for end stage renal disease (ESRD). Traditionally, non-physiologic dialysate impair the function and structure of peritoneal membrane, and cause peritoneal fibrosis. Multiple growth factors are involved in the initiation, progression and maintenance of peritoneal fibrosis. TGF-β1 is known to be a central mediator in peritoneal fibrosis,which enhances the accumulation of ECM and inhibits the degradation of ECM.
