| 摘 要： | 目的 观察多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效.方法 120例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),治疗组接受多索茶碱治疗,对照组则接受氨茶碱治疗.对比治疗后两组患者临床症状、肺功能改善情况及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(91.7%对75%,P<0.05),且不良反应发生率低(6.7%对13.3%,P<0.05).结论 多索茶碱能安全有效地用于支气管哮喘治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 120 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group(n=60)and control group(n=60).
