生脉注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛219例临床及实验研究

生脉注射液１９９２年被列入首批急诊科（室）必备用药后，１９９４年组织北京、上海、成都等地６家医院扩大临床验证，共观察冠心病心绞痛２１９例，其止痛有效率为９５．０％证候缓解９３．６％，硝酸酯类药停减率６１．５％，心电图缺血改善率６８．５％，再次证实该药疗效确切。

Clinical and Experimental Studies of Shenmal Injection(Huaxf Brand) for Treatment of 219 Cases of Angina Pectoris of CHD

This injection was aproved as one of the first group of necessary Chinese herbal medicines for emergency 1992. 1994,6 hospitals in Beijing. Shanghai and Chengdu observed the effects of this medicine in 219 cases of angina pectoris of CHD. The results showed that the effective rate of analgesia was 95%, the improvement rate of TCM symptoms was 93. 6%, EKG improvement rate was 68.5%, 61.5% of patients stopped and decreased the administration of nitrate. Analysis showed the therapeutic effects were related to the degrees, types, syndromes and treatment course of disease and were irrelevant to the course of disease and the age of the patients. Experiments revealed that this medicine can improve the blood theology* markedly reduce myocardial oxygen consumption and heart rate as well as the blood pressure of patients with hypertension. It is nontoxic and has no side effects in use. 1995, it was again put on the list of necessary Chinese herbal medicines for emergency.
