西甲硅油治疗早产儿喂养不耐受疗效观察

目的：西甲硅油治疗早产儿喂养不耐受临床效果观察。方法选择诊断符合喂养不耐受70例早产儿，胎龄29-34周，随机分为2组，对照组和治疗组，每组35例，对照组给予胃肠减压、灌肠通便等常规治疗等处理，治疗组在此基础上给予西甲硅油治疗，观察两组患儿喂养不耐受缓解情况﹑体重增长及住院天数，并观察有无药物不良反应。结果使用西甲硅油后可更快缓解胃潴留、呕吐和腹胀等喂养不耐受现象，使患儿更快达到全肠道内喂养，从而更快出现体重增长，使出院时体重大于对照组，并缩短住院时间，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），未发现不良反应的发生。结论西甲硅油治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效显著。

The Clinical Observation of Simethicone for Treating Premature Infants with Feeding Intolerance

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of simethicon for treating premature infants with feeding intolerance. Methods Selected FI diagnosis, gestational age of 70 premature infants in 29-34 weeks, divided them into 2 groups randomly, the control group and the treatment group, each of 35 cases. The control group was treated with conventional therapy such as gastrointestinal decompression and enema catharsis etc,on this basis,the treatment group was treated with simethicon. Then observed the two groups of children with feeding intolerance remission, the increasing of body weight and the length of hospital stay, and adverse drug reaction. Results After using simethicone,it could reduce gastric retention, vomiting and abdominal distension earlierly, and enabled children toreach full enteral feeding faster, thus appeared faster growth, the body weight at discharge was greater than the control group. It also could shorten the time of hospitalization. The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05）. There were no adverse drug reaction. Conclusions The clinical effect of simethicon for treating premature infants with feeding intolerance was significant.
