| 摘 要： | 目的:测定四妙勇安汤有效部位中绿原酸、阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为L i-chrospher C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相采用乙腈-2%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,检测波长为324nm。结果:绿原酸在0.0259~0.519μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.62%,RSD为1.31%;阿魏酸在0.0017~0.034μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.97%,RSD为3.02%。结论:该法简便、可靠、准确,可用于四妙勇安汤有效部位的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the content of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in Simiao Yongan Decoction's effective fraction.Methods:HPLC method(spectrum column:Lichrospher C_18;mobile phase:CH_3CN and 2%HAc;wavelength:324nm) was adopted.Results:The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid are linear within ranges of 0.02595~0.519 g and 0.0017~0.034 g,the recovery ratio are 96.62%(RSD=1.31%) and 101.97%(RSD=3.02%).Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable and accurate and can be used in the quality control of Simiao Yongan Decoction's effective fraction |
