大孔吸附树脂分离纯化银杏外种皮黄酮类化合物研究

摘    要:本文从9种性能不同的大孔吸附树脂中,筛选出适用于分离、纯化银杏外种皮黄酮类化合物的弱极性大孔吸附树脂DM-130,其静态吸附量为6.59mg/g,静态和动态解吸率均为90%以上。同时发现升高温度,升高pH值有利于提高吸附量。实验结果表明:用DM-130作为纯化树脂,先用水洗,再用90%乙醇洗脱,用量为4~5倍树脂体积,洗脱液浓缩干燥后的产品中黄酮类化合物的含量为25.87%,收率为2.68%。

Abstract:From the9 kinds of different macroporous adsorption resins,the DM-130 resin which the adsorption performance was 6. 59 mg/g and desorption ratio was over 90% was selected to separate the flavonoids from the testa of Ginkgo biloba L . The experiment results showed: increasing temperature and pH could improve the adsorption quantity of DM-130. The desorption ratio of over 90% could be gotten by using 90% EtoH as eluting solvent and 4-5BV. Under these experiment conditions,the content of flavonoids in products was 25. 87% and the yield was 2. 68% .
