经鼻肠梗阻减压导管置入术治疗粘连性小肠梗阻30例

摘    要:目的:探讨DSA引导下经鼻肠梗阻减压导管置入术治疗粘连性小肠梗阻的近期疗效。方法:选择30例单纯性粘连性小肠梗阻患者进行治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:全部病例均一次性插管成功,技术成功率100%,无术中并发症发生。经导管造影显示21例肠管通畅,6例肠管增粗、扭曲,3例肠管狭窄。治愈18例,好转6例,中转手术6例,临床有效率为80%。结论:经鼻肠梗阻减压导管置入术治疗单纯性粘连性小肠梗阻疗效肯定,可以快速改善临床症状,明显提高治愈率。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the short-term clinical efficacy of adhesive small Intestinal obstruction by intestinal obstruction decompression catheter implantation through the Nose guidance under the DSA.Methods:Selected 30 patients with adhesive small Intestinal obstruction,observed the clinical efficacy.Results:All the cases were succeeded in intubation by one-time,success rate was 100%,no intraoperative complications occurred.The catheter angiography showed 21 cases were intestinal smooth,6 cases were thickening and distortion,3 case was stenosis.18 cases were cure,6 cases were improved,6 cases were transited operation,the clinical response rate was 80%.Conclusion:Treatment of simple adhesive small bowel obstruction by Nasal obstruction decompression catheter is effective and it can quickly improve the clinical symptoms and significantly improve the cure rate.
