二维彩色多普勒超声筛选冠状动脉搭桥术桥血管的价值

摘    要:
目的:探讨冠状动脉搭桥术前胸廓内动脉和桡动脉用作桥血管的可能性。方法:应用二维彩色多普勒超声对50例冠状动脉搭桥术前患者的98例胸廓内动脉和81条桡动脉血管内径、管壁、管腔及血流状况进行检测。结果:不适合作为桥血管的胸廓内动脉为2.04%,桡动脉为8.64%。结论:二维彩色多普超声是筛选胸廓内动脉及桡动脉及桡动脉作为冠六动脉搭桥术桥血管的首选和可靠的方法。

Abstract:
Objective To assess the value of color Doppler ultrasound for evaluation of suitability of internal thoracic artery (ITA) and radial artery (RA) as a coronary artery bypass graft preoperatively.Methods In 50 patients prior to having coronary artery bypass,gray scale and color Doppler ultrasound were used to evaluate the ITAs(n=98) and RAs (n=81).The wall and luminal diameter as well as characteristics of blood flow of the arteries was measured.Results Gray scale and color Doppler ultrasound demonstrated a variety of abnormalities in 2 ITAs and 7 RAs.One ITA showed reversed blood flow and another had narrowed lumen.Curving,intima media irregularity and thickening,narrowed lumen were observed in 5 RAs and plaques in two of them.The thrombosis was founded in 2 RAs.There are 2.04% of the ITA and 8.64% of the RA not suitable for bypass grafts.Conclusions Gray scale and color Doppler ultrasound can be used as a primary and effective tool to screen the suitability of the ITA and the RA as a coronary artery bypass graft preoperatively.
