| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊柱损伤的影像学检查特征,评估X线、CT、MRI在影像诊断中的价值。方法对62例脊柱损伤患者进行回顾性分析,均经X线平片、螺旋CT扫描、MR检查。结果单纯屈曲压缩型21例,爆裂型28例,安全带型4例,骨折脱位型9例。颈椎15例,胸椎20例,腰椎27例。结论X线平片是脊柱损伤的首选方法,CT能正确地评价脊柱损伤的类型,了解椎管受累程度,判定脊柱稳定与否,而MRI在脊髓、韧带损伤等方面能显示其特异性表现。

Imaging diagnosis and comparative study of spinal injury |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the screenage characteristics of spinal injury, to evaluate the value of X-ray plain film, CT and MRI of spinal injury in imageological diagnosis. Method The 62 cases of spine injury were reviewed; X-ray plain film, spiral CT scanning and MRI were made for the 62 cases. Result Among the 62 cases there were the simple compression fracture in 21 cases,the burst fracture in 28 cases,the seat-belt-type spinal fracture in 4 cases,the fracture-dislocation in 9 cases, cervical vertebrae in 15 cases,thoracic vertebrae in 20cases and lumbar vertebrae in 27 cases. Conclusion X-ray plain film is the first-choice examination for spinal injury, CT can be used to correctly evaluate the types of spinal injury, the degrees of intraspinal injury and the vertebrae stability, there are obvious specific manifestations on spinal cord and ligament injury during MR detection. |
