| 摘 要： | 目的了解广东地区2002年～2005年部分医院药品的应用现状及趋势。方法对加入广东省药学会医院用药信息网的广东地区部分医院药品的使用情况进行统计、分析。结果使用金额排在前面的分别为抗感染药、心血管系统药、消化系统药、抗肿瘤药、生物制品及生化药品等;国产厂商销售金额呈上升趋势;单个药品销售金额排序位居前15位的主要为抗感染药。结论未来几年广东地区的用药结构不会有太大变化,但抗感染药的合理应用问题亟待解决。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the current situation and developing trend of drugs used in some hospitals in Guangdong area during the period 2002～2005. METHODS:The data of drugs used in hospitals participating in Guangdong pharmaceutical society was collected and analyzed. RESULTS:Categories on which the sum of money consuming ranked in front were anti-infective drugs、cardiovascular system agents、digestive system agents、antineoplastic drugs、biological and biochemical products etc; the sale of drugs by Chinese manufactures shows upgrading;drugs sold in front 15 is mostly anti-infective. CONCLUSION:The structure of drug administration in Guangdong area will remain stable in the future, but rational administration of anti-infective is urgent. |
