摘    要:
目的:研制提高耐缺氧能力的复合营养制剂。方法:根据人体营养需要以及高原营养代谢特点,设计了复合氨基酸、维生素、矿物质配方,小鼠灌胃20天后,采用急性耐缺氧试验观察缺氧后生存时间变化。结果:复合氨基酸对小鼠缺氧生存时间没有显著影响,复合维生素、矿物质配方具有显著延长小鼠缺氧生存时间的作用,但是,复合维生素、矿物质配方之间没有显著的协同作用。结论:复合维生素、矿物质配方具有抗缺氧效果,有必要进一步进行人体试验,并探讨其作用机制进行。

Abstract:
Objective: To formulate an effective acute hypoxia endurance enhancing nutritional supplement. Methods: We designed three mixtures containing amino acids, vitamins or minerals respectively based on human nutritional requirement and characteristics of nutritional metabolism at high altitudes. Mouse model of acute hypoxia was used to evaluate their effects on the survival time. Results: The amino acid mixture did not extend the survival time while the vitamin and mineral mixtures significantly prolong the survival time after 20 days intragastrical administration. However, there was no synergetic effect between vitamin and mineral mixtures. Conclusion: The vitamin and mineral mixtures can improve the acute hypoxia endurance and tests on humans are warranted and the possible mechanism remains to be further investigated.
