腹腔镜下手术治疗异位妊娠疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的应用。方法对78例异位妊娠患者进行腹腔镜下手术治疗,并观察其疗效。结果78例患者,治愈76例,失败2例,治愈率97.4%。无中转开腹病例,无术时并发症。2例发生持续性妊娠,肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤75mg治愈。手术时间平均(45.25±5.35)min,术后住院时间平均(4.2±0.9)d。结论腹腔镜下手术治疗异位妊娠,手术创伤小,术后恢复快,是治疗异位妊娠的一种理想手术方式。

Efficacy of laparoscopic surgery on ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the applieation of laparoseopie surgery on eetopie pregnaney. Methods Seventyeight patients with eetopie pregnaney reeeived laparoseopie surgery and observed the efficacy. Results Among 78 eases,76 eases were curative,2 eases were failed,the healing rate was 97.4%. There was no ease with eutting the belly open during laparoseopie surgery, and there was no ease with eomplieation. Two eases oeeurred durative pregnaney, and the eases were heal by reeeiving amethopterin 75 mg with intramuseular injeetion. Average time of surgery and length of stay were （ 45.25 ± 5.35 ） rain and （4.2± 0.9）d respectively. Conclusion Laparoseopie surgery on eetopie pregnancy, surgical trauma is small,postoperative reeovery is fast. It is an ideal modus operandi to treate eetopie pregnaney.
