急性心肌梗死患者血小板参数变化分析

目的　探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者血小板参数的变化趋势。方法　抽取 62例急性心肌梗死患者 (AMI组 )和 2 8例健康人 (对照组 )的静脉血标本 ,用SysmexSE 95 0 0全自动血细胞分析仪测定其血小板参数并进行比较。结果　急性心肌梗死患者的血小板 (Plt)计数显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,急性心肌梗死患者血小板体积 (MPV)、大血小板 (P LCR)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　血小板直接参与心肌梗死的病理生理过程 ,血小板参数可预示心肌梗死的发生、发展过程

Variation analysis of the platelet parameters in patients of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the variation tendency of the platelet parameter in the patients of acute myocardial infarction.Methods Venous blood specimens of 62 cases of acute myocardial infarction and 28 cases of healthy subject were obtained and analyzed with Sysmex SE 9500 automated blood analyzer,then the platelet parmeters of the two group were compared .Results Platelet counts of acute myocardial infarction were significantly lower than that of normal subject(P<0.01);Mean platelet volume(MPV),large platelet(P LCR) and platelet distribution width(PDW) were significantly higher than that of the normal subject (P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet directly participate in pathological process of acute myocardial infarction,and platelet parameters could indicate the occurrence and process of acute myocardial infarction.
