| 摘 要： | 目的探讨研究一种理想的模拟脊髓型颈椎病脊髓慢性压迫的实验模型。方法结扎犬两侧椎动脉,采用自制弹性塑料双套管导管经颈前入路埋入犬C5椎体上缘正中,通过内套管的缓慢推动作用,产生对颈脊髓的慢性压迫。结果通过对犬行为学、影像学、电生理及组织学观察,对犬颈脊髓慢性损伤符合颈脊髓慢性压迫症病理改变的特点。结论双套管法致颈脊髓受到慢性压迫是一种简便,理想及可靠的实验方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study an experimental model of chronic cervical cord compression myelopathy. Methods Self-made elastic double-catheter was implanted in the upper and medial C_ 5 vertebral body of canine through anterior approach after the ligation of vertebral artery bilaterlly. The cord was chronically compressed by slowly propelling the inner catheter. Results Postoperative behavior, radiological examination and histological observation were coincidence of the character of pathologic change of chronic cord compression myelopathy. Conclusion The method of chronic cervical cord compression by double-catheter is a simple, ideal and reliable method. |
