160例乳腺癌术后辅助治疗临床观察

目的　探讨乳腺癌术后辅助治疗的效果。方法　对160例乳腺癌病人(Ⅱ期89例,Ⅲ期71例)施行根治性手术后分别采用单纯放疗、单纯化疗及放疗加化疗等辅助疗法。结果　Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者5年生存率分别为86.5 2 %(77/ 89)、47.89% (3 4/ 71) ;术后单纯放疗组、术后放疗加化疗组局部复发率均低于术后单纯化疗组(P >0 .0 5 ) ;Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者术后单纯化疗组及术后放疗加化疗组远处转移率均低于术后单纯放疗组(P <0 .0 5 ) ;Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者术后放疗加化疗组5年生存率高于术后单纯放疗组和术后单纯化疗组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳腺癌术后辅助放疗可以降低局部复发率;Ⅲ期乳腺癌术后化疗可以降低远处转移率;Ⅲ期乳腺癌术后放疗加化疗可以提高5年生存率。

Clinical observations on the curative effects in 160 postoperative patients with breast cancer receiving accessorial anticancer treatments

Objective To observe the curative effects in postoperative patients with breast cancer who received accessorial anticancer treatments. Methods Radiotherapy, chemotherapy and combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy were given to 160 patients (Stage Ⅱ: 89, Stage Ⅲ:71) with breast cancer after receiving radical surgeries. Results The 5-year survival rates of Stage Ⅱ and Stage Ⅲ patients were 86.52%(77/89)and 47.89%(34/71) respectively; The partial recurrence rates in patients of the radiotherapy and combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy groups were lower than that of the chemotherapy group(P<0.05); of the Stage Ⅲ patients, the expansion rates of remote metastatic tumors in patients receiving chemotherapy and the combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatments were lower than that of patients who just received radiotherapy(P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative radiotherapy could help reduce partial recurrence rates in patients with Stages Ⅱ and Ⅲ breast cancers; postoperative chemotherapy could help lower the expansion rates of remote metastatic tumors in Stage Ⅲ patients with breast cancer; combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy could help increase the 5-year survival rate of postoperative patients with Stage Ⅲ breast cancer.
