| 摘 要： | 在临床上治疗牙列缺损,尤其是后牙游离端缺失时,有时会考虑使用天然牙与种植体联合支持式固定义齿修复方案.虽然这是一种有争议的方案,有很多研究报道了它的临床并发症和不足之处；但同时也有很多研究表明其具有很好的临床效果.本文从生物力学研究和临床应用两个方面对有关天然牙与种植体联合支持式固定义齿修复的研究现状进行综述.

| Abstract: | In the treatment of partially edentnlous patients, tooth-implant supported fixed dental prostheses was often used. Many studies have reported its significant complications and disadvantages, while others have also demonstrated its favorable outcomes. In this paper, the authors reviewed the status of tooth-implant supported fixed dental prostheses from biomechanical study and clinical study. |
