摘    要:
目的:建立HPLC法测定小儿热速清糖浆中葛根素的含量.方法:采用Agilent Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(11:89)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长250 nm,柱温25℃.结果:葛根素在0.018 5~0.370 8 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.21%,RSD为0.79%(n=6).结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于小儿热速清糖浆中葛根素的测定.

Abstract:
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Xiaoer Resuqing syrups.Method: An Agilent Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile-water(11∶ 89) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 250 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Result: Puerarin showed good linearity within the range of 0.018 5-0.370 8 μg(r=1.000 0).The average recovery was 98.21% with RSD of 0.79%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for the determination of puerarin in Xiaoer Resuqing syrups.
