摘    要:
目的:优选乙醇提取腰痛宁颗粒工艺.方法:采用正交试验法,以绿原酸、芍药苷、大黄素为综合评分指标,以乙醇浓度、溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,各设置3个水平,对腰痛宁颗粒乙醇提取工艺进行优化.结果:腰痛宁颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件为12倍量70%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h.结论:优选的提取工艺对各指标性成分的提取率均较高,可为制剂生产提供依据.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Yaotongning granules. Method:The contents of chlorogenic acid, paeoniflorin and emodin, and the extract yield were used as the analysis indices. The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experimental design with alcohol concentration, solvent volume, extraction time and the number of extraction times as the factors. Result:The optimized extraction technology was as follows: extracted 3 times with 12-fold 70% alcohol,1.5 h each time.Conclusion:The extraction technology shows higher efficiency for each indicated component and can provide the basis for the mass production.
