糖尿病肾病与血清抵抗素及超敏C反应蛋白相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨血清抵抗素、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs—CRP)在2型糖尿病肾病发生发展中的作用。方法测定正常人30例及2型糖尿病患者90例(分为单纯糖尿病组、合并微量蛋白尿组及合并大量蛋白尿组,各30例)。检测受试者的血清抵抗素、Hs—CRP水平,并分析二者与尿微量白蛋白等指标的关系。结果2型糖尿病患者血清抵抗素及Hs-CRP水平明显高于正常人,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。糖尿病患者中合并微量白蛋白尿组和合并大量蛋白尿组血清抵抗素及Hs—CRP水平明显高于单纯糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。血清抵抗素与Hs—CRP、尿微量白蛋白呈正相关(r=0.67,0.61;均P〈0.01)。结论血清抵抗素、Hs-CRP与糖尿病肾病发生、发展有关,检测二者水平可能对早期诊断和评估糖尿病肾病有作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of resistin and supersensitive C reaction protein(hs-CRP)on etiology and progression in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methoils Levels of resistin、hs-CRP in 120 subjects was medusa.There were 30 normal cases,30 cases with T2DM,30 cases with T2DM complicated with microalbuminuria and 30 case8 with T2DM complicated with albuminuria.The relation among resistin,hs-CRP,urinary microalbum and other parameters were analyzed.Results Levels of serum resistin in type 2 diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group.Levels of hs-CRP in type 2 diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).In diabetic group,levels of serum resistin and hs-CRP in microalbuminuria and albuminuria groups were significantly higher than those in patients only with diabetes(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation among resistin and Hs-CRP,microalbuminuria(r=0.67,0.61;all P<0.01).Conclusions Resistin and hs-CRP are correlated with diabetic nephropathy.Levels of serum resistin and hs-CRP may affect early diagnosis and estimation of diabetic nephropathy.
