胎儿窘迫与胎盘、脐带病理改变的相关性分析

目的 分析胎盘、脐带病理改变与胎儿窘迫的关系.方法 对29例胎儿窘迫后发生病理过程的围产新生儿和50例胎儿窘迫后无病理过程的围产新生儿进行比较,分析胎盘血管扩张充血、小出血灶、钙化及脐带血管扩张充血、管壁水肿变形、组织疏松、脐带异常(绕颈、真结、假结、过短、过长)与胎儿窘迫时围产新生儿发生病理过程的关系.结果 两组间胎盘小出血灶,脐带血管扩张充血,脐带异常差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 在以往文献中已注意到脐带异常对围产新生儿的影响,而胎盘出血灶及脐带血管扩张充血却较少提及,应予以关注.

Study on the relationship between the fetal distress and pathological change of placenta and umbilical cord

Objective To study on the relationship between the fetal distress and pathological change of placenta and umbilical cord.Methods To compare 29 case of perinatal period neonate endured sick process secondary to fetal distress with 50 case of perinatal period neonate without sick process secondary to fetal distress.Analyze the relation of vascular dilation and hyperemia of placenta,placenta calcification and bleeding,vascular dilation and hyperemia of umbilical cord,swelling of cord and abnormal umbilical cord(cord around neck,false or rue knot of cord,long or short cord) with perinatal period neonate endured sick process secondary to fetal distress.Results The placenta bleeding,vascular dilation and hyperemia of umbilical cord and abnormal umbilical cord of two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of the abnormal umbilical cord on perinatal period neonate have been pay close attention in previous literature.However,it is less to be mentioned the placenta bleeding and vascular dilation and hyperemia of umbilical cord on perinatal period neonate endured sick process.So we should pay move attention on it.
