抗菌喷剂配合氦氖激光对肛肠病术后创面愈合的疗效观察

目的探讨治疗肛肠病术后减轻疼痛、水肿、促进创面愈合的有效方法。方法将516例肛肠病术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组清洗创面后予以抗菌喷剂直接喷敷,配合氦氖激光照射;对照组采用常规外科换药。结果通过对术后两组创面疼痛、创缘水肿症状及术后创面愈合时间进行对比观察,发现治疗组创面疼痛缓解,创缘水肿减轻,创面愈合时间缩短,治疗组优于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论抗菌喷剂配合氦氖激光具有良好的促进创面愈合作用,其疗效可靠,安全方便。

Antibacterial Sprays with He-Ne Laser of Anorectal Disease Postoperative Wound Healing Curative Effect Observation

Objective Discussion on treatment of anorectal postoperative pain,edema,and effective way to promote wound healing.Methods 516 cases of anorectal postoperative patients randomly divided into two groups（the treatment group and the control group）,treatment,antibacterial spray direct spray application after cleaning wounds,combined with He-Ne laser irradiation;Control groups with conventional surgical dressing.Results By Postoperative wound pain,edema symptoms of wound edge in two groups and comparative observation on Postoperative wound healing time,wound pain relief found in the treatment group,wound edge edema reduction,reduced wound healing,treatment significantly better than control groups,comparing the two statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Antibacterial spray combined with He-Ne laser with good promotion of wound healing,the effect of reliable,safe and convenient.
