心脑血管联合造影的临床应用研究

目的研究行心脑血管联合造影检查对明确病人血管病变程度,探讨指导临床早期行针对性药物治疗的临床意义。方法选择该院冠心病或脑血管病住院病人58例,排除标准:年龄≥75岁;急性心肌梗死;心功能不全;肝肾功能不全及存在造影禁忌的患者。择期行冠状动脉造影及主动脉弓+脑血管造影。统计心脑血管同时存在病变的发生率;分析心脑血管同时存在病变与高血压、高血脂、高血糖、吸烟、早发家族史等危险因素间的关系。结果心脑血管联合造影发现在影像学标准上心脑血管同时存在病变有较高发生率69%(40/58);有3项以上危险因素与心脑血管病并发有明显相关。结论心脑血管联合造影检查可明确血管病变程度,指导临床早期行针对性药物治疗。

Clinical Study of Coronary Angiography and Cerebral Angiography Combined

Objective To study the clinic significance of joint angiography to patients with coronary heart disease or cerebrovascular disease and guide targeted drug therapy for clinical early stage.Methods 58 cases in our hospital in-patients of coronary heart disease or cerebrovascular disease were studied.Elective joint angiographies were operated for patients.The incidence of heart and brain blood vessels occurred lesions at the same time were statistic.Analysis the relationship of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular exist lesions and risk factors.Results Joint imaging showed cardiovascular and cerebrovascular signs of disease have a higher incidence of 69%（n = 40/58）;Three or more risk factors significantly associated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases occurred simultaneously.Conclusion Coronary angiography and cerebral angiography combined could confirm the degree of vascular lesions and guide clinical early to give the targeted drug therapy.
