社区护理人才培养的现状调查

目的调查社区护士培养中存在的相关问题，为社区卫生服务的顺利进行提供建议和意见。方法采用问卷调查的方法，对两个年级的216名护理本科生和大专生进行调查。结果216名护理专业学生中仅有38人（17．6％）愿意从事社区护理工作，127人（58．8％）不愿意从事社区护理工作（P〈0．01），其中出于工资待遇问题考虑的比例高达51．2％：出于就业压力才考虑从事社区护士工作的比例约30％。本科护理专业学生倾向选择从事社区护理工作的比例仅为14．8％（P〈0．05）。结论社区护士工作有其特殊性，人才的培养方面除了知识结构的合理性，还要注意解决实际存在的工资待遇低、社会地位低等问题。另一方面也说明岗位培训在相当长的一段时间内，还是社区卫生人才培养的主渠道。

Investigation on carrent status of conmunity nurse training

Objective The aim of this paper is to inestigate the current status and questions existing in cowanunity nurse training and to provide recommends on community health care.Methods Questionnaire investigation was taken to two grades all undergraduates from nurse medicine specialty. Results Among 216 nurses population, 127 （58.8%） undergraduate would not undertake community nurse postgraduate （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the percentage due to the salary consideration is high up to 51.2%. there are only 38 （ 17.6% ） nurse students prefer to take part in community nurse carrier after graduation.It is about 30% of undergraduates would participate the community nurse work due to the stress of employment. There are only 14.8 % （ P 〈 0.05） of college nurse students prompt to choice the community nurse. Conclusio Some problems exist in current status of community nurse training system, such as low salary expectation and low social class, et al. All these problems should be resolved in the process of community nurse training. On the other hand. it is elucidated that post-graduates re-training is still the main source of community nurses in a long period of time.
