| Abstract: | The author points out the severely deficiency of government finance reimbursement in public hospitals, it led to the hospital follow their benefit for their existence as well as due to the “expense access of medical care”. This paper analyzed the issues which exist in the health care reimbursement mechanism and proposed some comments for improving. |
