慢性肾功能不全的超声诊断价值

摘    要:
目的探讨超声技术在慢性肾功能不全诊断中的价值。方法应用二维超声图像、彩色多普勒及频谱多普勒技术对68例慢性肾功能不全患者进行肾脏形态及血流的观察,对肾内各级动脉进行血流动力学分析,并与30例健康人进行对照。结果慢性肾功能不全患者较健康对照组肾脏体积缩小、皮质变薄、实质回声增强,肾血流明显减少,速度减低,阻力指数(RI)及搏动指数(PI)增高。结论超声能显示慢性肾功能不全患者肾脏形态的改变,早期反映肾脏血流灌注情况,对临床诊断、治疗慢性肾功能不全及其预后评估有重大意义。

Abstract:
Objective To approach the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of chronic kidney impaired function.Methods The renal morphous of 68 patient with chronic kidney impaired function were observed by 2D ultrasound,color Doppler and spectral Doppler,and the hemodynamics of the renal singulorum hierarchical arteries were analyzed.The results were compared with that of 30 healthy people.Results Compared with the control group,the renal volume of patients with chronic kidney impaired function were contracted,the cortex was thinning,parenchymal echo was enhanced,the renal blood flow decreased obviously,the velocity reduced,the resistent index and the pulsatility index raised.Conclusion Ultrasonic technique can directly display the changes of the renal morphous of patients with chronic kidney impaired function,and earlier reflect the information of the renal blood flow filling.It has great significance on clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognostic appraisal.
