| Abstract: | Amoxicillin potassium clavulanate effervescent tablets were determined by HPLC, using Spherisorb C18 column with the mobile phase of methanol-phosphate buffer (10∶90) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength of 220 nm. The average recoveries of amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate were 99.60% (RSD=0.83%) and 99.64% (RSD=0.99%), respectively. |
