摘    要:目的 :报告颌面部大型海绵状血管瘤的治疗经验。方法 :对 13例发生于颌面部、病变超过 15cm并累及多个解剖部位的海绵状血管瘤进行分区缝扎 ,然后于瘤腔内注射平阳霉素和鱼肝油酸钠。结果 :经 1次缝扎加硬化剂注射后治愈 8例 ;经 2次缝扎加硬化剂注射后治愈 4例 ,经 3次治愈 1例。结论 :采用分区缝扎加硬化剂注射治疗面部大型海绵状血管瘤可缩短疗程、减少硬化剂用量和提高硬化效果

Abstract:To report the experience of treatment of 13 cases of massive cavernous hemangioma in maxillofacial region.Methods:13 cases of massive cavernous hemangioma more than 15cm in diameter were diagnosed by clinical examination and tumor cavity angiography. Pingyangmycin and sodium morrhuate were injected after subregional suture-ligation.Results:The lesion disappeared completely in 8 cases after the first subregional suture-ligation combining with sclerosing agent injection, 4 cases after second suture-ligation, and 1 case after third suture-ligation without facial deformity and dysfunctiona.Conclusions:The advantages of this technique include short term treatment, minimal trauma, low dose of sclerosing agent and better result after subregional suture-ligation. It can be the first selection in treating massive cavernous hemangioma.
