| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨静脉溶栓对急性心肌梗死存活率的影响。方法：对64例经静脉溶栓治疗的患，以临床血管再通为标准，对比分析再通组与未通组的存活率。结果：血管再通组存活率为97．6％，死亡率2．4％，未通组存活率为73％，死亡率27％，结论：急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗是提高生存率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate effect of intravenous thrombolysis on survival rate of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:Survival and death rate were compared according patent or occlusive infarct|related coronary artery in 64 patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis therapy.Results:Survival rate of patent infarct|related coronary artery group was 976%,its death rate was 24%.Survival rate of occlusive infarct|related coronary artery group was 73%,its death rate was 27%.Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolysis therapy of AMI is the key for improving survival rate. |
