摘    要:目的:优选红藤凝胶的提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量作为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察乙醇浓度、提取次数、乙醇用量、提取时间4个因素,以确定最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为红藤、赤芍、黄柏、忍冬藤、败酱草等中药,加80%乙醇,加6倍量溶剂回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:该优化工艺操作简单,结果稳定,适用于工业生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of Hongteng liquid suppository.METHODS:The contents of Paeoniflorin and Berberine hydrochloride were taken as the indexes to optimize the extraction technology.4 influential factors including concentration of alcohol,frequency of extraction,the dosage of solvent and time of extraction were investigated with orthogonal test L9(34).RESULTS:The optimal extraction technique was to extract herbal medicines which consisted of Sargentgloryvine Stem,Paeoniae Radix,Cortex Phellodendri,Caulis Lonicerae and Dahurian Patrinia Herb etc with 80% alcohol at 6 times the weight of herbal material for 3 times,1.5h every time.CONCLUSION:This technology is simple,stable and suitable for industrialized production.
