摘    要:目的:基于系统虚拟药理学研究复方丹参滴丸抗血小板聚集药效物质基础,对该复方作用效应在分子网络层面上进行探析。方法:选择了16个血小板聚集相关靶点,构建该组方化学成分分子数据库,探讨数据库分子与血小板聚集靶点间相互作用关系。结果:该组方与16个血小板聚集靶点均有一定的潜在协同效应;并应用药理学实验对部分数据进行了验证。结论:本实验从分子层次上阐释了复方丹参滴丸抗血小板聚集系统药效物质基础,为该组方的临床应用提供了科学依据;同时,也为寻找血小板聚集药物提供一定的参考和借鉴。
