| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞侵袭迁移的作用及其机制.方法:环靶明特异性阻断Hh信号通路后,Transwell小室和划痕实验检测SCC-7901细胞侵袭和迁移的能力;RT-PCR检测SGC-7901细胞中MMP-2和MMP-9 mRNA表达;细胞免疫化学检测SGC-7901细胞中MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白表达.结果:阻断Hh信号通路能显著抑制SGC-7901细胞的侵袭和迁移能力(P＜0.05).MMP-2和MMP-9的mRNA以及蛋白表达亦显著降低(P＜0.05).结论:Hh信号通路可能是通过调节MMP-2和MMP-9的表达促进SCC-7901细胞侵袭、迁移.
