| 摘 要： | 目的检测高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV16/18)、p16、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在宫颈癌中的表达情况,并探讨其在宫颈癌发生、发展中的意义。方法收集宫颈活检或手术标本151例,采用原位杂交技术检测HPV16/18表达情况,采用免疫组化技术检测p16、COX-2表达情况。结果正常宫颈、宫颈低级别上皮内瘤变(LSIL)、宫颈高级别上皮内瘤变(HSIL)和CC组织中HPV16/18的阳性率分别为9.09%、42.86%、69.23%和85.48%,p16阳性率分别为4.55%、53.57%、76.92%和88.71%,COX-2阳性率分别为9.09%、46.43%、64.10%和79.03%。随着宫颈癌组织病理学分级的升高,p16阳性率逐渐上升,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。COX-2表达与宫颈癌临床分期、组织病理学分级及有、无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论高危型HPV、p16及COX-2的高表达在宫颈癌的发生、发展中均起作用。
