| 摘 要： | 目的 通过测定不同类型急性脑梗死患者血浆中的溶血磷脂酸(LPA)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平,探索两者与不同临床类型脑梗死的关系.方法 选择发病3 d以内的急性脑梗死患者123例,分为初发性与复发性脑梗死组,进展性与非进展性脑梗死组,轻、中、重型脑梗死组.选择同期住院的非缺血性脑血管病患者50例为对照组.所有研究对象均采用改良的无机磷定量方法 测定LPA,ELISA法测定ox-LDL.结果 LPA、ox-LDL水平脑梗死组高于对照组,复发组高于初发组,进展组高于非进展组,重型组高于轻型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 急性脑梗死患者LPA、ox-LDL水平增高,与脑梗死的发生、进展及严重程度相关. |
