人工关节置换术后低蛋白血症的临床观察与分析

[目的]探讨人工关节置换术后低蛋白血症有针对性的治疗护理措施,预防并发症的发生.[方法]对所有行关节置换的病人分别于术前、术日、术后1 d、术后3 d和术后7 d进行血液生化检查,对检查结果及时分析和记录,并采取措施进行干预.[结果]人工关节置换术后病人血液白蛋白均明显低于正常,尤以术日为甚.[结论]通过监测病人白蛋白指标,有针对性地在肠外和肠内营养支持方面进行调节,对预防术后并发症的发生具有重要的预防作用.

Clinical observation and analysis on hypoproteinemia of postoperative patients underwent artificial joint replacement

Objective:To probe into the treatment and nursing countermeasures for postoperative patients with hypoproteinemia after underwent artificial joint replacement,in order to prevent the occurrence of complications.Method: All patients underwent joint replacement were performed blood biochemical examination before operation,on the day of operation,the 1st day,the 3rd and the 7th day after the operation respectively.Then all the reports of patients were analyzed and recorded in time and intervention countermeasures were taken for them.Result: The serum albumin level of postoperative patients underwent artificial joint replacement were lower than that of normal,especially on the day of operation.Conclusion: By monitoring serum albumin level and regulating both parenteral and enteral nutritional support for patients could play an important role in the prevention of postoperative complications for patients.
