单纯放疗与宫颈植入性化疗协同放疗治疗老年宫颈癌的临床疗效对比分析

目的对比分析单纯放疗及应用植入性氟尿嘧啶同步放化治疗老年宫颈癌初治患者的疗效和并发症。方法选择2006年11月至2007年5月在吉林省肿瘤医院收治的初治宫颈癌患者共58例,临床分期为Ⅰb-Ⅲb期,按治疗方法不同分为单纯放疗组（共30例,给予X线远距离治疗机体外照射及192Ir腔内后装治疗）和同步放化疗组（共28例,给予宫颈植入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂500-800mg,同时给予X线远距离治疗机体外照射及192Ir腔内后装治疗）,对两组患者的疗效及并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果单纯放疗组与同步放化疗组有效率分别为92%、86%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）两组患者近期并发症均以骨髓抑制为主,其中Ⅲ级以上骨髓抑发生率分别为3%、0%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论宫颈植入性化疗协同放疗在不增加患者毒副反应的同时可明显改善老年宫颈癌患者的预后。

Retrospective study of local area chemotherapy mach radiotherapy compared with radiotherapy alone for cervical canaer

Objective To compare the treatment effects and side events between local area chemotherapy mach radiotherapy and radiotherapy alone for cervical cancer.Methods Totally 58 patients with primary cervical in our hospital were seleoted from nov 2006 to may 2007.They were divided in to two groups: radiotherapy alone or local area chemotherapy mach radiotherapy.Group of radiotherapy alone included 30 patients who received external irradiation by X-rays and intracavitary by 192Ir.Croup of local area chemotherapy mach radiotherapy included 28 patients who received lcoal area chemotherapy mach radiotherapy.The radiotherapy alone regimen was the same as group local area chemotherapy mach radiotherapy.Results The local control(CR PR) in two groups were 92%and 86%,with significant difference(P<0.05).The common side effect was hematological toxicity in some patients,which was not different in two groups.Grade 3 hematological toxicity were 3%and 0%(P<0.05).Conclusion Local area chemotherapy mach radiotherapy may be effective for elder cervical cancer.
