艾司西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症后抑郁疗效观察

目的了解艾司西酞普治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效和安全性。方法采用自身对照研究,入组患者保持原抗精神病药物不变,加服艾司西酞普兰,观察周期为4周。分别在患者入组前、治疗2周、4周末评定汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS),以HAMD总分减分率判定临床疗效。结果 HAMD总分在治疗2周末下降,与治疗前评分比较有统计学意义(t=2.16,P<0.05),治疗4周末评分与治疗前比较有统计学意义(t=7.37,P<0.01)。结论艾司西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症后抑郁疗效好,不良反应少。

Observation on the Efficacy of Escitalopram in the Treatment of Post-schizophrenia Depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of escitalopram in treating post-schizophrenia depression.Methods Using a self-controlled study.Originally used drugs were retained for the patients,and escitalopram was added for four weeks.we evaluated with Hamilton Depressive Scale(HAMD) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before treatment and the end of 2,4 weeks after treatment,the clinical effects was assessed by the reducing score rate of general score of HAMD.Results The total score of HAMD decreased significantly at the end of 2 weeks after treatment(t=2.16,P<0.05).As well as there was significant difference between the end of 4 week after treatment and before treatment(t=7.37,P<0.01).Conclusion Escitalopram in treating post-schizophrenia depression is effective and the side effect is mild.
