低清蛋白血症对老年脓毒症患者预后的影响

目的：探讨血清清蛋白水平对老年脓毒症患者预后的影响。方法：收集63例老年脓毒症患者进入EICU的APACHEⅡ评分、入EICU24h的血清清蛋白水平。根据血清清蛋白水平分为正常清蛋白组及低清蛋白组,比较两组APACHEⅡ分值、平均住院时间及病死率;根据预后情况分为存活组、死亡组,比较两组血清清蛋白水平。结果：低清蛋白组APACHEⅡ评分、平均住院时间及病死率高于正常清蛋白组（P〈0.05）;死亡组血清清蛋白水平低于存活组[（32.17±18.08）%比（23.36±8.54）%,P〈0.05]。结论：老年脓毒症患者血清清蛋白水平与病情严重程度和病死率有密切关系,低清蛋白血症提示预后不良。

Effect of hypoalbuminemia on prognosis of aged patients with sepsis

Objective：To investigate the serum albumin level on the prognosis of elderly patients with sepsis.Methods：63 elderly patients with sepsis into EICU of APACHE Ⅱ score, into EICU 24 hours of serum albumin level.Divided according to the normal level of serum albumin albumin albumin group and low group were compared APACHE Ⅱ score, average length of stay and mortality; according to prognosis into the survival group and death group, serum albumin levels were compared.Results：Low albumin group APACHE Ⅱ score, average length of stay and mortality was higher than nor mal albumin group（P0.05）; death serum albumin level lower than the survival group[（32.17±18.08）% compared with（23.36± 8.54）%, P0.05].Conclusions：Elderly patients with sepsis, serum albumin level and disease severity and mortality rate is closely related to hypoproteinemia poor prognosis.
