| 摘 要： | 目的 总结四肢骨折合并主要动脉损伤的处理经验和教训。方法 对本院1993年7月-2000年9月所收治的68例四肢骨折合并主要动脉损伤的处理过程，结果进行回顾分析。结果 3例一期截肢，3例因感染坏死二期截肢，1例因无功能二期截肢，其余恢复均较满意，结论 早期诊断及处理是关键。截肢要根据具体情况严格掌握手术指征。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of limb fractures with associated main arterial injury. Methods Retrospective studies were made on 68 casese of limb fractures accompanied with main arterial injury of 7 years(from July,1993 to Sept, 2000). Results primary amputation was performed on 3 cases and secondary amputation on 4 cases. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment is important.Indication of amputation should be strictly determined according to condition of patient. |
