山西省太谷县水秀乡高血压病调查及现状分析

目的：了解山西省农村高血压的患病情况,分析高血压发生的危险因素,为预防和控制高血压提供依据。方法：对太谷县水秀乡北郭村18岁及18岁以上村民进行血压检测,并调查身高、体重、家族史、饮食习惯及高血压治疗情况等。结果：当地农民高血压患病率为26.8%,知晓率为85.2%,高血压的控制率为47.7%。高血压的危险因素有家族史、年龄、体重指数、高盐饮食等。结论：我国农村高血压病患病率高,重视不够,普及高血压病知识、定期检查将是防治高血压病的最有效方法。

Investigation and Current Condition analysis of hypertension in Shuixiu Taigu county of Shanxi Province

Objective ：To get prevalence of hypertension in rural areas of Shanxi province and analyze the risk factors of hypertension,and provide basis for the prevention and control of hypertension. Methods ：All subjects were in 18 years old and over 18 years old in Beiguo village of Taigu county. Subjects were monitored the blood pressure and investigated for the height ,weight ,family history ,eating habit ,hypertension treatment. Results ：The prevalence of hypertension in the local farmers was 26.8% ,the awareness rate was 85.2% and the control rate of hypertension was 47.7%. The risk factors of hypertension included family history ,age ,body mass index and high-salt diet. Conclusion： The prevalence of hypertension in the rural area farmers were high. The condition hadn＇t been thought highly. We should popularize hypertension knowledge and check up the farmers periodically, which is the most effective way of preventing hypertension.
