子宫内膜异位症患者外周血及腹腔液中sICAM-1的检测及意义

目的:检测子宫内膜异位症患者外周血及腹腔液中可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的水平,并进一步探讨它们在子宫内膜异位症免疫发病机制中的作用。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELASA)检测了子宫内膜异位症患者和正常对照组妇女外周血及腹腔液中的sICAM-1的水平。结果:sICAM-1在子宫内膜异位症患者外周血及腹腔液中的水平均高于正常对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);重度子宫内膜异位症患者血清中的sICAM-1高于轻度患者,有显著性差异(P<0.05);重度子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中的sI-CAM-1水平高于轻度患者,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:sICAM-1在子宫内膜异位症患者外周血及腹腔液中的水平升高。这些异常变化导致子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔局部免疫微环境发生改变,促进了子宫内膜异位症的发生发展。

Study of intercellular adhension molecule-1 in peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis

objective: to investigate the levels of sICAM-1 in peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis and their roles in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods:sICAM-1 concentrations in PB and PF of women with endometriosis and of controls were measured by ELASA.Results:significantly elevated levels of SICAM-1 were found in PB of patients with endometriosis ,especially in those of advanced stages.The level of SICAM-1 in PF from patients with endometriosis was higher than that from controls(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found in PF between women with advanced stages and early stages of endometriosis.Conclusion:the elevated levels of sICAM-1 may be associated with an immunologic abnormalitiesin peritoneal microenviroment of women with endometriosis.thus ,they may contribute to the progression of endometriosis.
