不同雾化吸入对脑出血开颅术后病人血氧饱和度的影响

摘    要:[目的]探讨氧气雾化吸入和常规超声雾化吸入对全身麻醉脑出血术后血氧饱和度的影响.[方法]将64例脑出血开术后病人分为A组和B组各32例,A组病人使用氧气雾化吸入,B组病人使用常规超声雾化吸入,比较两组病人雾化吸入前后血氧饱和度的变化.[结果]A组病人治疗后血氧饱和度上升较B组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]氧气雾化吸入对提高脑出血开颅术后病人血氧饱和度优于常规超声雾化吸入.

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of oxygen atomization inhalation and routine ultrasonic nebulization inhalation on saturation of blood oxygen of cerebral hemorrhage patients after undergoing craniotomy under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 64 postoperative patients after undergoing craniotomy were divided into group A and B (32 cases each). Patients of group A were given oxygen atomization inhalation and cases of group B were provided routine ultrasonic nebulization inhalation. Then changes of saturation of blood oxygen before and after atomization inhalation of both group cases were compared with each other.Results:The saturation of blood oxygen of group A cases elevated remarkably compared with group B patients after treatment. There was statistical significant difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion: Oxygen atomization inhalation is better than routine ultrasonic nebulization inhalation for enhancing the saturation of blood oxygen of cerebral hemorrhage patients after undergoing craniotomy.
