探讨脑梗死患者的护理方法及效果对比

目的探讨对脑梗死患者实施早期康复护理的临床效果。方法对照组采用常规护理,观察组行早期康复护理干预,观察对比护理效果。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为78.57%,显著高于对照组的54.76%,P<0.05;治疗后观察组的躯体功能、心理功能、角色功能、认知功能、物质功能、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对脑梗死患者实施早期康复护理,能有效促进患者功能的恢复。

Explore the Care Methods and Effect Contrast of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The control group received routine nursing care, observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention, observe the effect contrast nursing. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate of treatment was 78.57%, significantly higher than the control group of 54.76%, P〈0.05; after treatment, the observation group of physical function, psychological function, role function, cognitive function, material function, social function scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05; Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral infarction, can effectively promote the functional recovery of patients.
