丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察及对血液流变学和D-二聚体定量的影响

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血液流变学和D-二聚体定量的影响。方法将我院2010年6月—2011年10月收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予丹红注射液30ml静脉滴注,1次/d;对照组给予丹参注射液20ml静脉滴注,1次/d,两组均治疗14d。观察两组临床疗效、治疗后血液流变学、D-二聚体定量。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为92.5%,与对照组的75.0%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原浓度、D-二聚体定量均下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效确切,使用安全,值得临床推广。

Effect of Danhong Injection on Treatment of Acute Brain Infarction and Plasma Levels of Blood Rheology and D- dimerization of Two Quantitative Effects

Objective To study the Danhong injection on treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the clinical curative effect of blood rheology,the D-dimerization quantitative influence.Methods Our hospital June 2010 to October 2011 were 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group based on routine treatment to Dan red injection 30ml static drops,once a day.The control group 20ml static drops give salvia miltiorrhiza once a day,the two groups of treatment cycle are 14d.The clinical efficacy was observed,before and after the treatment of plasma treatment of blood rheology,the D-dimerization quantitative comparison.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was 92.5%,comparied with the control group of 75.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before and after treatment compared between the two groups plasma viscosity,fibrinogen concentration,the D-dimerization quantitative decreased,compared with control group,he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical symptoms,and use safety,and clinical promotion.
