| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开手术后的护理方法。方法对我院2010年1月—2011年12月收治的56例气管切开重型颅脑损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 56例气管切开重型颅脑损伤患者中临床治愈39例,6例发生肺部感染,占10.7%,5例死亡,6例自动出院。结论正确的护理方式可减少重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开的并发症,提高重型颅脑损伤的治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of care for suffer with severe traumatic brain injury after tracheotomy.Methods retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to hospital from 2010 to December2011,56 cases of tracheal incision.Results 56 cases of tracheotomy 39 cases of clinical cure in patients with severe traumatic brain injury,6 cases of pulmonary infection,accounting for 10.7%,5 patients died,six cases discharged from hospital.Conclusion The correct method of care can reduce tracheostomy complications of severe head injury patients,improve the cure rate of severe traumatic brain injury. |
