纳米二氧化钛对工作场所空气中二氧化氮的吸附研究

摘    要:目的初步探讨纳米二氧化钛对工作场所空气中二氧化氮(NO2)的吸附作用。方法按照现行的国家职业卫生标准进行采样和检测,采样时先让空气通过纳米二氧化钛或微米二氧化钛后才进入吸收液,换算成经过吸附后进入吸收液前空气中NO2的浓度。结果纳米二氧化钛组与对照组和微米二氧化钛组相比,被吸附后空气中的NO2浓度明显减少,差异均具有统计学意义(Р0.05);纳米二氧化钛组和微米二氧化钛组在手弧焊操作位、氩弧焊操作位、天然气加热炉巡检位的NO2的吸附率分别为72.22%、70.64%、81.43%和2.41%、4.38%、0.98%。结论纳米二氧化钛对工作场所空气中NO2具有很强的吸附作用,对生产和使用纳米材料的职业人群须加强职业防护。

Abstract:[Objective]To preliminarily discuss the adsorption ability of nano-TiO2 for nitrogen nioxide(NO2) in the air of workplace.[Methods]Under the national standards of occupation health,the air was passed nano-TiO2 or micron TiO2 before adsorbed by the adsorption solution and then converted into NO2 concentration in the air before absorption by solution.[Results]The air NO2 concentrations of the nano-TiO2 groups were lower than the control groups and Micron TiO2 groups,the differences were significant(Р<0.05).The adsorption rates of the Nano-TiO2 groups in the manual welding station,argon arc welding station and inspection heating furnace station with natural gas were 72.22%,70.64% and 81.43% respectively,while the adsorption rates in micron TiO2 groups were 2.41%,4.38% and 0.98%.[Conclusion]The adsorption ability of nano-TiO2 for NO2 is very strong,so the prevention must be enhanced among occupational groups with production and use of nanomaterials.
