某省级结核病专科医院中成药用药分析

目的了解本院药剂科中成药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法利用医院信息系统数据库检索本院2010年1-10月中成药的使用数据,对用药金额、用药频度、日均费用进行统计分析。结果本院药剂科2010年1-10月份使用的中成药品种有46个,剂型涉及胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂、溶液剂,其中胶囊剂391.03万元,占总销售金额的66.7%;销售金额排序前十位的中成药护肝药8种,抗结核药及辅助药各1种;用药频度（DDDs）排序前三位的中成药是益肝灵软胶囊、结核灵片和肝苏胶囊;亮菌口服液、熊胆舒肝利胆囊DDDc值居前两位。结论本院药剂科2010年1-10月份中成药应用情况基本符合结核病专科医院的用药特点,中成药的使用以护肝药、抗结核药及辅助治疗药物为主,未见明显不合理用药。

Analysis on Utilization of Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines in a Provincial Tuberculosis Hospital

Objective To investigate the application of traditional Chinese patent medicines in Hunan Provincial Tuberculosis Hospital so as to provide the reference for rational use of drugs in clinical practice. Methods The data about the use of traditional Chinese patent medicines in Hunan Provincial Tuberculosis Hospital from January to October 2010 were retrieved through using the database of hospital information system.Drug consumption sum,the frequency and the average daily expenses of using drug were statistically analyzed. Results There were 46 kinds of traditional Chinese patent medicines being used in Hunan Provincial Tuberculosis Hospital,including 4 types of dosage forms: capsule,tablet,granule and solution.The consumption sum of capsules was 3,910,300 Yuan,accounted for 66.7% of the total sales amount.8 types of liver-protective drugs,one type of antitubercular agent and one type of adjuvant drug dominated the first ten places in terms of sales sum of traditional Chinese patent medicines.Yiganling soft capsule,Jieheling tablet and Gansu capsule remained at the top three places of traditional Chinese patent medicines in DDDs.Liangjun oral liquid Xiongdanshuganlidan capsule occupied the first two places in DDDc. Conclusions The main types of traditional Chinese patent medicines applied in the tuberculosis hospital are liver-protective drugs,antitubercular agent and adjuvant drug,and the use of traditional Chinese patent medicines is reasonable.
