心理干预对儿童牙科畏惧症治疗的影响

摘    要:
目的通过生理测试法观察有无心理干预对儿童牙科畏惧症的影响。方法选取90例6~7岁符合标准的乳磨牙中龋初诊患儿为实验对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组45例,所有患儿均进行常规龋洞充填术。A组给予心理干预,B组无心理干预。分别在T0(分诊时)、T1(治疗开始时)、T2(治疗开始后5 min)、T3(治疗结束5 min)不同时间点测患儿的血压、脉搏。结果二组患儿在T0时的各项生理值比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);二组患儿在T1时生理值均较T0时升高,B组升高较A组更为明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);二组患儿在T2时生理值均较T1时有所下降,A组下降较为明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);二组患儿在T3时的生理值均降至最低值,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论在患儿牙科诊疗过程中进行心理干预可缓解儿童牙科畏惧症。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the impact of psychological intervention in the treatment of children’s dental fear through physiological test method. Methods Ninety children aged from 6 to 7 year with standard untreated caries in deciduous molars were selected as experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into group A and group B(each n=45).All the children were received routine dental caries plombage.Group A was given psychological intervention,while group B had no psychological intervention.Blood pressure and pulse of the children were tested in the different time points,including T0(triage time),T1(treatment start-time),T2(5 minutes after treatment start),and T3(5 minutes after treatment end). Results The physiological values at T0 in children of two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The physiological values at T1 were all higher than those at T0 in children of two groups,group B was significantly increased than group A,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The physiological values at T2 were lower than those at T1 in children of two groups,group A decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The physiological values at T3 in children of two groups were minimum,and no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Physiological intervention in the course of dental treatment can ease children’s dental fear.
